Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

At Chamtaburu Eco Resort (CER), we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations.

Cancellations

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 25 days prior to the arrival date with no charges.
• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 25 days of arrival, 90% of the total room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged.
• We also provide assistance in rescheduling bookings, subject to availability.
   

Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
• The applicable refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment or to the guest’s bank account within 7–10 business days.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
   

Service Concerns

If you feel that the service provided is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of your stay. We value your feedback, and our team will review your concern and do its best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), our standard cancellation policy may not apply. In such cases, we will work with guests to provide the best possible solution, including rescheduling or partial refunds where feasible.
